Sorrow for Americans

greenspun.com : LUSENET : A Village Commons : One Thread

To all of your folks on this site who share your joys and sorrows; offer help to all others, I would like to say this:

I have watched the horror of the terrorist activities on our news today and cannot help but feel the sorrow of the American people. While I am a Canadian, the things that happen in the United States impact on our lives here. My heart goes out to all of those who have suffered the loss of loved ones caused by this act of shame. Please know that my thoughts are with each and every one you all today.

Thanks Kari for all the kind thoughts. Our country is blessed to have such great neighbors. You all really stepped up to the plate in helping with all the incoming international planes today. Bet the airports up there are crowded, huh? This American appreciates you all, as I'm sure many others do.
