Is anyone here working on a strawbale house or other structure? I'd like to take part in some actual building of a strawbale structure before I start making plans for one of my own. Thanks.

As in my reply to the rammed earth posting, if you're east coast, check out the Almost Heaven Habitat for Humanity site, where they do both types of houses as part of their building strategy. They are either in PA or Virginia (I think) and you can find out at the HFH International website, no doubt.
