I've been thinking about my post and I just wanted to say I hope you didn't take offense to it. It just struck me as funny when my daughter said it, but after I thought about it, I was afraid it may not have sounded that way to you. Nothing against the property....looked it up online and it does look very nice....its just that the title struck us funny imagining elves running the homestead. But please accept my apology if this may have offended you or sounded a little unkind. It was not meant in that light. And again, I do wish you luck in selling it. The auction will be a reserve auction but the reserve is considerably less than the property was listed for. Don't let the previous list price scare you off! I would encourage you to come if you are at all interested in a property like this since it will sell for way less than we have invested in it. It will be a chance to pick up a great bargain and escape the worries of terrorists and be self-sufficient with your own water supply and power.
