My daughter wants to know if this "elf sufficient property" was for the vertically challenged or possibly Santa's elves' summer residence? LOL!!! But, it does sound like a nice place and good luck with selling it.

Helen,

I've been thinking about my post and I just wanted to say I hope you didn't take offense to it. It just struck me as funny when my daughter said it, but after I thought about it, I was afraid it may not have sounded that way to you. Nothing against the property....looked it up online and it does look very nice....its just that the title struck us funny imagining elves running the homestead. But please accept my apology if this may have offended you or sounded a little unkind. It was not meant in that light. And again, I do wish you luck in selling it. Feeling very humbled at this moment, Sherry

It sounds like my dream come true - except for the price. I didn't know there was property worth that much near Fayetteville. This is one area we have been looking in but I can't afford this. Good luck.

Helen

Will It be an absolute auction?

It looks like a wonderful property. Wish it were in Wisconsin -- well, but I wouldn't be able to afford it anyway .. . Good luck with the auction, Helen.

Sherry, if it makes you feel any better, when I first read it, I thought "Must mean there are plenty of elves around"! It's just a typo, and sometimes they're amusing! :-D

The auction will be a reserve auction but the reserve is considerably less than the property was listed for. Don't let the previous list price scare you off! I would encourage you to come if you are at all interested in a property like this since it will sell for way less than we have invested in it. It will be a chance to pick up a great bargain and escape the worries of terrorists and be self-sufficient with your own water supply and power.
