Hi,

My Canon FD 35mm f2 SSC lens has developed a fault with the focusing ring - it no longer turns the lens barrel and therefore I cannot focus the lens anymore. There sounds like a loose screw rattling between the focus ring and lens barrel when I shake the lens. The focus ring itself cannot be removed from the lens.

I've tried to dismantle the lens but I cannot figure out how to separate the lens body parts in order to refit the focus ring. Does anyone have any answers.
