I have been looking at a Rollei TLR with a Planar 2.8 lens. Upon inspection it looks like one apperture blade on the outside & one on the inside have slight bends on the very tip of the blade.The seller says that this is normal & that the shutter is designed this way.Whilst this does not seem correct to me I would appreciate further advise.

While I can't answer for this specific camera, I have seen between- the-lens shutters that were designed with bent tips to the shutter blades. The seller is probably correct.
