I have been looking for a recipe for Red Pepper Jelly. I have found lots of recipes for the green variety, but would love to have a red version. If anyone has one, I would really appreciate the input. Thanks :-D

Im my experience "green" or "red" pepper jelly depended on the food coloring someone added. We use no food coloring and add mostly red hot peppers. We like a mix, but serrano chiles are great. We also use hungarian wax as well.
