Hi,

Can a normal USB video adapter be used to create good quality VCD's. I have few examples like the DAZZLE USB 80 or the BELKIN VIDEOBUS II. Which of the above is better, the later being more expensive. Will dazzle 80 serve the purpose. I just need this for hobby and will mostly be using the camcoder rather the VCR/TV. Please write back with any suggestions and any note is welcome.

The Dazzle DVC I is great at capturing in VCD format.
