Idiot complete arsehole matey... so dud

-- Franny (raft@hotmail.com), August 10, 2001.

Classic or Dud? Let's get my mum to decide.

-- DG (rgreenfield@btinternet.com), August 10, 2001.

Sorry for being an idiot but what is DG? I have an idea but it's probably wrong.

-- Lindsey B (Whtsmypaswrd@aol.com), August 11, 2001.

I am DG. Moderator of ILE and I Love Small Children and all round hero. But do I not love? Of course I do love. I love and people love me back. I have Momus on my forum! And the estimable Mark Sinker presently rewriting his Pixies review from 1988 in a fit of madness.

-- DG (rgreenfield@btinternet.com), August 11, 2001.

Classic...answering questions without much difficulty. Reading skills are up. Interacting with people: dud.

-- Lindsey B (Whtsmypaswrd@aol.com), August 11, 2001.

Runs a damn good forumbut I'm sad, cause i was in an indie band once and it never went anywhere. So most days I collect the dole and spend time on the internet.

-- Sterling Clover (sterling_clover@yahoo.com), August 11, 2001.

He is a twat DUD!!!!!

-- Mummy (DG'Smum@hotmail.com), August 11, 2001.

-- The Toffee Focker (funfanny_allen@hotmail.com), August 11, 2001.

Arsehole matey!!!

DG weighing in at 300 stone/never gets laid look in her eyes...needs help setting up the lawn furniture for the people at the home for the aged....all the while waiting for someone to say.

'DG you are loved'

It doesnt happen though.

-- Dave (kordus@aol.com), August 12, 2001.

DG you are loved.

-- peter a. (peteraughty@hotmail.com), August 12, 2001.

He's classic nor dud. He's *hip*. By the way what's the new word? Fly? Da bomb?

-- nathalie (nclaeys@pandora.be), August 13, 2001.

I see Doompatrol you have deleted my posts, because nothing is deleted on this 'free', non-fascistic forum, and edited one of my posts. You hereby lose the right to ever criticise ILM/ILE for being oppresive.

-- DG (rgreenfield@btinternet.com), August 13, 2001.

Yes indeed I was edited. Also, what happened to all nestermakhno's posts? I'm sort of offended that dp obviously has paid so little attention to me that his attempt to insult me was completely off the mark. And since when is doomie trashing indie, anyway?

-- Sterling Clover (sterling_clover@yahoo.com), August 13, 2001.

To me DG is the record label that introduced me to Stockhausen in a variety of hunky '60s and '70s sleeves. Most of them were purchased secondhand, often in brand new or only played 0.2 condition (ie the Lester Bangs "Sister Ray Test").

Now that Stockhausen has bought back the rights to most of his works and issued them on his own megla-costly Verlag label (one CD + 120 pages he expects you to read not uncommon), I'm glad DG took the gamble and gave him the (genius or Mozart ?) treatment when they did.

I have nothing to say about administrator-known-as-DG other than to thank him for providing another means whereby my name and writings may be viewed by a wider public -- Stockhausen is my hero.

-- George Gosset (ggosset@clear.net.nz), August 14, 2001.

dg is very cheekie and cute, like a boy scout. doomie, on the other hand...

-- huhuh (huhuh@aol.com), August 14, 2001.

George could you possibly post a link to information about the record label? Would be interesting to find out more information...

And am secretly glad that this thread was revived in a productive manner than talking endlessly about DG (who I do find tedious).

-- doomie (doom@hotmail.com), August 14, 2001.

Not as tedious as you, doomie. You find me tedious? Why start a thread about me then? And why do you keep deleting my posts? You can hand out criticism but can't take it, eh?

-- DG (rgreenfield@btinternet.com), August 14, 2001.

"DG", as above=Deutche Grammophon - a big german classical label. Chex0r any rekord shoppe that has a klassickal secktion I OWNZ JOO LAYMOR!!!!! and they will order you a kopy.
