I am tasked to do a couple of things with teams and communication. First, I am looking for what would be considered a 'world class' model for teaming and second, assess the current state of teaming within our functional organization and compare the two. Please let me know if there is such a thing as world class team model and an assessment tool that can be utilized to judge our teams. Regards, Lou
