Is it worth buying a 2x teleconverter for my normal Zenzanon 100mm Lens for GS1 body? I only have a normal lens.

That depends: Which converter are you thinking of buying? What kind of work are you going to do with it? What kind of standards to have?

In general, realize that you will drop two stops of light. This alone will make focusing more difficult and may not be acceptable to you. You will also lose some sharpness. If you are doing portraits, this may be a blessing.
