DLA - New Twist, when asking to see copy of Mortgage Deeds, DLA's response now suggests "that you contact the conveyancing solicitor that acted on your behalf at time of purchase and request they resurrect the file at your cost" to save their client further expense! Have also been told MIG is a "privileged document - which means we are unable to provide details without instructions from the courts" this is their response after requesting the above mentioned. Suggestions Please. Alex

Then you reply saying thank you for the advice, you will take them up on this, it may take some time and they should await your reply in due course. Then put your feet up for six months.
