My Chihuahua went outside for about an hour when she came back in she was acting weak. When we tried to feed her and get her to drink, she refuses. She's panting and jerking all over. Her front legs are stiff.

I can't find any snake bite indications, no swelling or any reason for this behavior.

HELP!

Answers

Talked with a breeder he advised us to cool her off with damp towel and force milk and water into her. He felt she had overheated herself almost to the point of heat stroke. We also gave her a 1/8 of an asprin. At the moment shes resting and her breathing has improved.

Your Chihuahua could be paralyzed but u should take it to a vet as soon as possible!
