Freezing zuchinni

I know I've read how to do this here, but I forgot and couldn't find it in the archives. What's the best way to freeze zuchinni? Thanks you all!

We just slice it and freeze it in freezer bags.

I do it three different ways, shred and freeze in one cup batches, slice small stuff and freeze in bags and a few slightly bigger ones (not the huge.....those I shred) I slice and freeze on cookie sheets and then put in bags for coating and frying or deep-frying.

If you are going to freeze it for eating later, try blanching it first.
