I burn VCD's captured from cam corder on a pinnacle studio MP10. I use easy creator v5 now... I previously used v4 and had the same problem. They look and sound good... play perfectly on the pc but in my DVD players... (I have a wharfedale and an Alba), they freeze for about 1 sec about every minute or so... very irritating.... I have tried different brands of CD-R & CD-RW but no difference.... can anyone help?

I had the same trouble but when I read my manual on the DVD player, it stated that it reads only 74 min CDRW's. Burned same video but on 74 CDRW and have had not problem so far. I'm hypothesizing that 80 min CDRW's are more compressed and the DVD has trouble reading the pits thus the picture freezing when the laser is trying to reset. Hope this helps
