I'm looking for information on the copper mining operations in the Copper Basin Tennessee area(southeast corner of the state). I have a copy of Michael George's book "Louisville & Nashville's Atlanta Division". It scratches the surface and I was hoping to dig up some more info.

Mike, There is a museum of sorts in Ducktown, Tenn. They might be able to assist you with other info. I have a couple of pix of steam locos on the copper line. No other info than is in the book however. Hugh
