Salsa (Recipe Needed) (Kitchen - Canning)

Gotta put tomatoes up today. I need a salsa recipe. My salsa last year was thin, but I didn't have any paste type tomatoes. I read somewhere , it may have been here, about using whole unpeeled tomatoes done in the food processor for a thick base. Recipes, pointers and hints are needed. Thanks in advance Sherry

I chop them and when I open the jars drain them .I add a hot pepper cilantro ,cumin and onion .All to your taste buds .

Here is a VERY EASY way and very good taste. Buy Mrs. Wages SALSA mix, add your tomatoes & vinegar. I can it and have had excellent results. I sometimes add jalapeno to the mix.
