So, what makes you twitch? Nerves? People? Anticipation?

I twitch when I'm extremely angry, upset, or anxious about something. It's usually my lip or eye that goes, heh.

Or maybe you don't litterally twitch but certainly feel like it. Let's hear it.

I'm 33 and it just started, and it's a rather hard twitch. I also developed a headache recently that I'm having trouble getting rid of. What's going on?
