is there any way to write one video track at a time on a cd rather than writing a hole vedio cd at once so that later i can add another track and finally close the cd

Answers

Video CD, by White Book default and definition, is always finalized and done and over with, which means what you want to do (adding tracks one by one until the disc is full) is NOT allowed.
