Does anyone have experience using the Silvestri Tilting Lupe 6x. Looks like this would help greatly in focusing wide angle. Any thoughts?

I have one of these and it works well. It is small (which I like) and the tilting mechanism is well designed. I tilts from 0 to 45 deg or so and you can place it nearly all the way into a corner or to any edge of the GG and point directly toward the lens nodal point. Very handy for 90mm or shorter lenses. It is diopter adjustable, of course, and is a robust little assembly. The neck string is attached in a "free spinning" collar which prevents the twists. Because I hate to put metal directly against my GG, I put a small amount of tape on the metal tilting base. I think you will be pleased with it, other than the price.

Al, Fantastic piece of kit!! As far as the price goes, Robert White sells them for about £70 in the UK, MUCH cheaper than most other makes. Regards Pa
