"bo nay" means pu-er tea. "bo nay" is Cantonese and pu-er is Mandarin. But it is the same fully fermented tea.

Actually, it is "Bu nay" which means "from Tibet". This tea is the prefered tea of Tibetans. It is not steeped but actually boiled. The usual preparation includes butter, salt or soda, and milk.
