West Virginia Land...Clarification

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

I am looking for something (5 -10 acres remote rural) for a simple rustic cabin retreat, in the panhandle/Morgantown area or the Berkely Springs/Cacapon area. Thanks.

United National Realty has a broker's office in Hundred, WV, try contacting them either by phone or on their website, www.unitedcountry.com. They always have lots of listings like you want in the area.

Pick up a copy of the "Homes and Land" slick magazine for you area...then call the 800# and request one for your relocation area. they send them for free. You can find the Dominion Post newspaper from Morgantown and the Times West Virginian from Fairmont both on- line.

I have 23.43 acres of woodland that would be the perfect spot for that cabin. Its located very close the backwaters of the Burnsville Dam, and in between the Stonewall Jackson and the Sutton Dam. Morgantown is a little over an hour away. Land is located in Braxton County, contact me by email for more information, and did I mention its possible owner financing?
