I purchased a EOS 30 (Elan 7) in The Netherlands, but they did not had the user's manual in English. I would appreciate very much your help on finding this manual in electronic format or a way to find it. Thanks in advance.

Well, since it's copywrited and Canon hasn't put it into electronic form, anyone who did would be violating international copywrite law. In the USA there is a $250,000 fine for such a violation.

That said, I doubt that Canon cares, and they have been known to make and sell photocopies them selves when they run out of stock. But I've not seen one on the net. There is a group that is writing their own manuals for Canon equipment (& looking for writers of more). They freely distribute them in electronic form. Can't remember what their address is at the moment though.
