I am looking for 20 or more acres in NW. California or W. Oregon on contract for $1000 or less per acre. I'm wanting to have a few dairy goats and wanted to ask about some breeds that would work well in a permaculture environment, maybe if anyone are doing this type of thing in this location you could give me some advice.
