Hobson's choice, Rik

Hobson or Robson's choice???
-- Anonymous, June 27, 2001
You could say Hartson is proven premier class, what Robson was supposedly looking for.

Aye but Hartson is a BIG risk....apparently his fitness is so dubious that Cov couldn't insure him for the 5million the wombles were asking!!! that's why they had to go for the pay as you play deal...
-- Anonymous, June 27, 2001
Apparently if you buy Hartson then you have to make some sort of payment to Wimbledon to cover Cov's liabilities in that sense.I wouldn't sign him.

Hartson is too similar to Shearer, powerful and aerial threat, and surely if Shearer is fit he'll play next season.Bellamy is the complete opposite to Shearer apparently, so they might work well together - (crap in the air, weak and doesn't score 30 a season)

What are we rated to go down, a good value bet I'd thought, I can't think of many worse teams around.

Robson 5-2 to not be in charge at NUFC at the end of the season. I'm not sure he's in charge now.
