I was wondering if anyone knows why you can only get a new Kentlands activity ID or update your existing ID between 9-5 on Monday through Friday? Basically, this means you have to make time during the workday to get your ID. I stopped by a couple of weeks ago, and the process of taking my photo took no more than two minutes, and it took 30 seconds for my wife to get this year's stamps on her existing ID, so I'm really at a loss as to why I could not have conducted this transaction on a Saturday or Sunday while I was on my way to the pool anyway. Any ideas on this?
