what is vcd version 3.. and what is the difference between it and version2.. where i can find a software to make it.. thanks.....sam

VCD ver 3.0 is SuperVCD; the main difference between it and the preceding two is its use of full frame MPEG-2 encoding. Although picture quality becomes better, playing time is about halved (if a CD- R can contain a VCD with 74mins tops, an SVCD will last about 35mins.)
