Ladies:

Not to long ago, I saw a recipe for Bisquick flour or dry dough. Does anyone still have it? I'd sure like to copy it.

Thanks for your help!

For all who are interested, here is a recipe for Master Mix from our Cooperative Extension (Rensselaer Co. NY). 9 c. flour 1/3 c. baking powder 2 2/3 c. powdered dry milk 1/4 c. sugar 2 c. shortening Mix all dry ingredients together; cut in shortening until the mix is the consistency of cornmeal. Keep in tightly covered plastic bowl in a cool place (pantry or closet). In warm weather, the mix should be refrigerated. To measure, pile the mix lightly in a cup and level off with a spatula of knife. Easy to use and much more economical than similiar product sold in supermarket. It is a time saver when used in cooking or baking. PANCAKES--2 c. Master Mix - 1 egg, beaten - 1 c. water MUFFINS--3 c. Master Mix - 2 tbsp. sugar - 1 egg, beaten - 3/4 c.water bake at 400 oven about 20 min. variations-Cheese muffins--add 2/3 c. grated chedder cheese Berry muffins--add 1 c. drained blueberries, chopped cherries, dates or nuts NUT BREAD--add 1/2 c. chopped nuts. Put into 5x8 loaf pan. Bake at 350 oven for about 40 min. BISCUITS--either rolled or dropped--3 c. Master Mix - 2/3 c. water, mix together. bake on greased sheet at 425 oven for 12-15 min. Makes about 18 biscuits. I also have a recipe for coffee cake, pin wheel biscuits, tuna pie and a hamburger/cheeseburger pie that is delicious. Email me for these recipes...Hope someone tries these recipes and enjoys them as much as my family does...:-)
