Where can I get WinOnCD software? Is there a download site? Can I mix still pictures (jpg) with video (mpeg) and make a VCD?

You can order a legitimate packaged version of WinOnCD Power Edition 3.8 online from softwarehouse.de. You first have to know a few things. WinOnCD3.8 is only available for sale in Germany, although nothing is preventing anyone from going there or ordering it online. This is because although the interface can be English, the Help is German. CeQuadrat, which made WinOnCD, is now owned by Adaptec, which in turn has its own Easy CD Creator 5 to take care of. According to softwarehouse.de, Adaptec wants us to get this: WinOnCD (grumble, grumble) is for German users, while Easy CD 5 is for English users.
