Just wondering (anyone from KS?)

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

I just got the May/june issue and was reading the article about building a goat/chicken barn. It was done by a Kenny Brooks, of Junction City, KS. which is just down the road from here. I know this gets asked alot (but it hit me as odd seeing someone close by in print) but How many folks here are in KS? I live in Manhattan myself Mike

I grew up in newton. I'd like to meet all of ya but it cant be any time in the next few weeks. My wife is due on the 3rd and things are a little out of order. I'd also like to meet the couple KS folks that I've meet on Backwoodshomes forum like louise who lives down by Winfield, and GreenBeanman from Hutch.

Where do you think A good place to meet would be?? Maybe someone has a country place they wouldn't mind some folks at for a day, or we could meet at a lake or something. I'll just bet we'd all have something delightful, either edible or not, to share!

Say, any of you breed a quiet breed of milk goat??
