New forum or old forum?

A friend went to the trouble of creating a new forum for me, complete with graphics and other stuff, as a completely unexpected and unplanned gift. I really appreciate what he did, and I quite frankly like the look of it, but I like some of the preformatted aspects of Greenspun also. Which do you like better?

After seeing various different forums when I first started on the web yours was the first one I truly liked. I also like very much the questions in your entries that lead into the forum. I guess what I am trying to say is that if the new forum works exactly like your Greenspun forum -- that's cool. Otherwise, I would rather you would stay with Greenspun.

I have to admit that I really don't like the new forum. My main problem is that I can't read the dark print on the dark background. Should you chose to go with the new one, my non-participation will be simply because I can't read anything on it!
