I have a contract agreed upon by both the buyer and the seller. Everything is in place, except, the buyers need a FHA/HOA Questionnaire for spot approval form filled out (required for FHA financing). The condo assoc refuses to fill this form out, therefore, keeping my clients from obtaining their financing. I am sure this is illegal. Any advice??
