I am looking for a source where I can look a job descriptions for the officers of my organization. This would members of the board and the president, executive director, president of sales and marketing. I would like to find some templates or something along those lines which I can learn from.

There are two websites that can assist you in designing job descriptions. At http://www.mapnp.org/library/boards/brdjobs.htm you will find descriptions for Board of Directors. The site should be helpful even though it is geared to nonprofit organizations. The perfect site to find job descriptions for the other positions is www.hrvillage.com/jobdescriptions.htm.
