I am on the Chamber of Commerce Board in an Arkansas tourist town of 2000, which swells to well over 100,000 during tourist season. We are in the process of restructuring our Chamber leadership model and are looking for innovative options (job share, changing the names to reflect the responsibilities, e.g. master of chaos or whatever), developing an internal director and an external -- new ideas/new thinking for the coming 10 years. Any ideas?
