Within time is it possible that rock orientation can have a dip at one point and gradually change for many many years to the dierection of a strike. Or vice versa.

This question in essence does not really make sense, each rock orientations has strike and dip. These terms are used to define orientation at a particular place. For example the strike was East to West, and the Dip angle was 45 degrees.
