The Vikings’ offensive line will face its biggest challenge in recent years, as the unit moves on without OLT Todd Steussie. The two-time Pro Bowler, who was cut before signing with the Panthers, will be replaced by Brad Badger. Badger filled in admirably at both guard and tackle last season, and he has starting experience at left tackle from his days with the Redskins. But he’s not the type of player who can regularly handle a defensive end by himself. Despite his recent propensity for false-start penalties, Steussie was able to take on most ends one-on-one. If Badger flops, the Vikings could move Pro Bowl C Matt Birk to left tackle and promote backup C Cory Withrow. Birk played on the outside in
