One of the local camera dealer sells eos 300 body (rebel 2000,usa equivalent) $52(usa dollar) higher than rebel G body. Does it worth to pay $52 more for rebel 2000? The 2 cameras are very similar.

Hi, Williams The metering system on the Rebel2000 is better than the RebelG. The Rebel2000 has a 35 zone metering system vs 6 for the RebelG. The Rebel 2000 also has a 7 zone autofocus system vs 3 for the rebelG. You also have dept of field on the 2000, not available on the RebelG. The dept of field is a important feature. The Rebel 2000 has alot more to offer for just abit more money. Hope this helps.
