Get into Merson's shorts and Nobby's shirt!greenspun.com : LUSENET : Unofficial Newcastle United Football Club BBS : One Thread |
Barry Venison has a sports memorabilia auction site. Proceeds going to children's charities. Right now they've got a shirt donated by Nobby and signed by the team. And Paul Merson's shorts. No mention of whether they're 'fresh' from a match. ;-))There's also an autographed topless photo of Daveed for those who might be interested. Galaxy? Prezzie for the missus, Clarky?

Ooh - now that`s VERY tempting Ciara!(;o)BTW Buff, my family closed ranks on me re: the parrot. How mean was that, and after all I`ve done for them! (;o)

I've just put a bid in for the Ginola picture. Hasn't he got lovely hair? Hope Newcastle bring him back when that useless drunken Peruvian eventually leaves.

Oh god on then, I'll have Nobby's shirt if no-one else wants it :))

Gav, if you don't get Nobby's shirt, I've got a 8 metre Peruvian national flag that used to fly on the twin towers of Wembley (with a certificate of authenticity) Yours for £200.

So you buy a lot of these things Rik? :)) and don't worry....I'll get it...
-- Anonymous, April 17, 2001
Maybe I will be buying that flag off you Rik....someone's just upped the bid to 300 quid! it was 210 when I put it up to 211 this morning...Oh well bugger that, they can have it....I'm just glad I helped push the price up for them as it's a charity that benefits :))

I tried to buy a few things from the Wemblet sell off auction , but only managed to get the Peruvian flag. I was £20 short of getting the Wembley Milkfloat that they use to transport things around the stadium. It's a long story, but it ended up being bought by a German Collector.
