New Jersey? The ACL did serve Trenton and Camden, though... (Florida and South Carolina, respectively)

The "Blue Comet" was Central Railroad of New Jersey's famous New York City to Atlantic City all-coach train of steam engine days.

You need to find the Central of New Jersey RR site if there is one.

The ACL nor SAL ran to NJ either.

The only "blue" Comet I know of was on the New Haven RR. It was named the "Comet" and the color photo I have of it in a book shows that it was painted blue. The New Haven didn't run through to New Jersey.
