Metal medics;rusty juveniles(the teams)

Challenge A submarine trying to find a treasure chest and opening it with claws like a robot, then a vacuum has to suck it into a built in bag!(It has to have a human driver , with of course also a BUILT IN OXYGEN SYSTEM for him/her to breathe).
