OK I've spelt his name wrong but Clarky & I agreed earlier that it's difficult to find the intelligent forward to partner a striker (a Peter Beardsley) but Ex-smoggie Juninio has all the qualities & will be available plus doesn't have a problem with the North East.

Prise Zola away from Chelsea ? Still seems able to do it for two thirds of the season, and he would be great for YKD to learn off. Canny personality & attitude too and would look great in b&w.

Juninho was a lovely player. However, he doesn't seem to have anything like the same since he broke his leg playing for Athletico Madrid - the result I recall of a disgustingly cynical tackle from behind that didn't even occasion a booking for the perpetrator, and an incident that was shown in sickening, graphic, slo-mo detail on TV. Still makes me cringe just to tihkn about it.Might we worth a shot at the right price Dave.

>>> Might we worth a shot at the right price <<<No, that would be Farcelino, not Juninho. Anybody making offers?

Screach, that's not a bad idea. Perhaps you should mention it to Bobby. Be a good way to raise funds for new players. ;-)

I heard somewhere recently that Juninho has been the player of the season in Brazil. How true that is I obviously don't know but I bet we could get him for "boody money". I'd say it was worth a go.
