I just purchase avermedida tv98 stereo card to use with my Voodoo3.But evertime I turn it on my entire system shuts down.I have an Athlon AMD 850 processor w/40 g. harddrive. Doenloaded drivers for Windows Me and avermedia. Still it crashes, please help.

Check in your device manager for conflicks. Sounds like maybe the IRQ settings are conflicking. If so then a new setting must be applied if you have multiply settings with instructions for card.
