That's what I'm thinking.... And here, too...

CNN this morning finally had something on the VT scrabies (sp?) thing, Our newspaper confirms (?) that the sheep from VT are being shipped to Iowa. I've heard 3 different states mentioned, but Iowa seems to have the most votes thus far....

There was also something about an island off the East Coast that the Military gave over to the USDA several years ago - they are experimenting with new vaccines... RNA replacement and synthetic virus stuff.... Didn't say how close they are to answers though. Not sure how I feel about RNA and synthetics, but.....

Faillace's sheep siezed this morning - at least that's the impression from CNN. I tried to send an email on the site Kate left for them, but it was returned.

Also on CNN this morning:

Two confirmed reports of FMD in the Netherlands.... report on the 1984 outbreak in Mexico, and two cases of 'positive symptoms' of BSE in Minnesota, but no testing done as of yet.

Its getting to the point I don't really want to know what's going on anymore!! But... Curiosity and morbid desire will win out... This might be one of those cases where what you DON'T know might hurt you...
