growing lentils

So far, I have not been able to grow lentils with much success. Has anyone seen them in a seed catalog? Any information would be appreciated.

I've grown them before but they produced very little lentils.I was told the seeds need to be (bad speller) anoculated with something that is also used on peas to make them produce more.I think it's a bacteria(natural).I used organic seeds from a food co-op.

Thank you Steve. I have found inoculant to be a great help with green beans but hadn't thought of using it on lentils, makes sense.
