Dumbya flew down to talk to his brother yesterday about how they could rig the Florida ballots again for his re-election in 2004. As soon as King Dumbass got off the plane, his inebriated sleazebag brother staggered out of a limo, slobbering and falling all over the dumbshit. When Katherine Heiress peeked out the window of the limo with a makeup smeared face, several empty champagne bottles were spotted on the seat.
