UB: There is an obvious answer here. Seems to me whomever posted this likes black males and is looking for a reason to belittle the white males.

Actually, all men -- white, black, green-striped or purple -- don't develop a brain until after 30.

When you're a teen, hormones rage and rule. I can look back on how I felt and thought back them and laugh. Brain-damaged.

When you're in your twenties, the hormones are starting to subside, but the stupidity remains. I can also look back on my 20's and laugh.

When I hit thirty, things slowly started coming into focus. Profound truths began to reveal themselves; ex., "hey! Women are MORE than just convenient mobile racks for breasts and legs!" Stuff like that.

I personally think that relationships should be outlawed until men hit at least 40. It would certainly confuse the women a lot less. :)
