Putting this in 'forum related'
How to format your text: [A very short HTML lesson]
- use <p> to start a new paragraph - and just type your text.
Just pressing enter will NOT start a new paragraph.- use <br> to start a new line or insert a blank line.
- To insert and image use:
<br><img src= "your_isp_name/~your_account/filename.jpg"
some ISP are different, so you will need to ask.- To make a clickable link - it's called an "Anchor"
use: following sequence
- <A href=
- "the_link_including_the http://"
- >
- AGAIN_the_link_including_the http://
- </A>
--- The Close and it is VERY important!
If you do it just like this:
1: open, 2: location, 3: >, 4: location, 5: close
you won't goof. And the 1st location should be in quotes. Some examples: the codes are shown in front to detail what was done.
The quick red fox
<p> jumped over
<br>lazy brown dog<p> who kept on snoozing.
<p> Also, If you want to know how to Bold, I'm not gonna tell you because if you forget to turn it off the following all the rest of the replys will be bolded too.

Question for you, but first, thanks! Not sure this old dog can learn a new trick, but I will print off the instructions anyway. Now for the question. Did you mean spell check, or did you mean spiel check? Thought you might want to keep our spiel in check.

Thanks, I'm printing the instructions now. Me thinks the forum should get "veeerrry interesting".
