not sure,

Check the bottom line: "Last updated: March 2, 2000".

No changes in the past year. It's probably safe by now.

The Federal Reserve had a Y2K site. Therefore, it is clear that they will not be ready for Y2K.

There are a lot of official Y2K Web sites still online that haven't been updated and haven't been taken down. A lot of Y2K emergency management sites, too. The Fed link 'not sure' posted doesn't mean Greenspan is concerned about Y2K problems in the future. Most of the links on the Fed page have a 1999 date on them. Major clue there.

Most of these sites just haven't been updated since early 2000. There's no need to worry about Y2K anymore. More productive might be to think about ways you'd cope if you were to lose your current job at some point in the near future.
