interesting to see how 2 people have the same opinion about Dave and Eric, yet totally interpret eachother in an oposite way.

Here's the impression I get..

Dave is the last survivor in a ghosttown, where a once great moderator, walks in every now and than, and finds the leader talking to himselve, because Eric was replaced by 3 executives that managed to kill a lively exchange of valuable ideas among over 680 people around the world. We could have hade 680 lostsoulmates from day one, and when Jason (one of Dave's other moderators) listed himself, I thought hey, great business as usual.
