participants would build a baking oven or other cooking device, which would in turn be used in a cook-off. the expert panel of culinary judges would taste the food and declare a winner. types of food to be cooked would be outined before the competition begins. baking might be best as the oven would need to produce consistent and even heat. with the success of cooking shows in recent years, i feel this challenge would be a great hit.
