G'day from The EH-Team

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Junkyard Wars : One Thread

Hi There everyone!

Allow me to introduce myself, My name is Pat Cooney, I'm the team captain for The EH-Team, from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Please check out our website at http://www.gapc.com/eh-team. Our video is up there, check it out and enjoy, we had a lot of fun making it. We would like to say good luck to all the people who have applied to get on the show for the next season! It's also really great to see that there are a few Canucks making an attempt to get on. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed that at least one team will make it. That would make for a great show, a Canadian Team agains a US Team... I could see the potential for a lot of fun on that one.

Again, to those who have entered, no matte what country you are from, best of luck!

DOH!!! oh well.. I think it's a bit too late to change everything now.. sigh.. I hope the other EH-Team will find it funny.. wow.. imagine the chances of their being two.. is the other one from Canada? maybe that's how we can tell the the difference between the two of us.

Hey Pat, my cousin Dave told me that there was another team with the same name as ours. We spell ours differently - "The Eh?!-Team". Oh well. It is really weird that our teams have so many things in common. 1) Both our teams are from Canada (and Ontario). 2) You have a web designer on your team (so do we). 3) One of our team members is also from England and moved here a few years ago. 4) I was just starting to develop our site and I was using the same font for the nav graphics as you guys did!

This is really bizarre!

holy cow Dan.. that's too bloody freaky.. where abouts in Ontario are you guys from? oh well.. so much for thinking we were so original :(

good luck eh.. hopefully one of us will make it on :) and while I'm at it.. good luck to everyone, if only they could hold some type of super junkyard wars where we could all compete, but something that cool would probably be illegal :)

We also entered a team with the team name EH-team. I guess canadians are not very original eh.
